  • We handle our items with great care, and that means cleaning with natural products! Posible cleaning agents include: water wipes, baking soda, vinegar, and natural dish detergent. For fabric items, the listing will state if they have been laundered prior to listing. All laundered items are cleaned with 'Zum Laundry Soap', as it is natural, plant based, and free of chlorine/phosphate/sodium lauryl sulfate/acetates.

  • Since we sell vintage, pre-loved items, we make sure to provide as many relevant photographs as necessary for your inspection. Thank you in advance for inspecting all photographs and the item description prior to check out! We only source items we love, and we are sure you will love them just the same.

  • We now offer delivery to 125 different Maryland and Pennsylvania zip codes! If your order qualifies, a ‘delivery’ option will be offered after entering your address at checkout. Deliveries are a flat $3 fee, and they go out every Tuesday and Sunday!

    Delivery locations are all zip codes within 25-miles of Bel Air, Maryland (21015).

  • Shipping rates are pre-calculated with discounted shipping rates for the convenience of a quick checkout! We will get your packages out for shipment within 24-hrs Post Office permitting.

    We recycle packaging materials whenever possible to help combat shipping related waste!

    Tracking information will be sent to your provided email address once the order has been packaged.

    We take great care in packaging items for shipment to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left us in! If, in the off chance, something happens to your item during shipping, please reach out so we can rectify the situation!

    Shipping rates based on package weight are pre-calculated with discounted shipping rates for the convenience of a quick checkout! We will have your package(s) ready for shipment within 24-hrs.

    When shipping to Canada, we have multiple international carriers we work with. Each has their own pickup timeframe, so our drop-off timeline will be unique per carrier. We will always choose the option that is most beneficial to you receiving your package safely & in a timely manner!

  • At this time, all vintage sales are final. If an item is to arrive broken, please message us a picture for a refund! We package our items with GREAT care, but, if there is ever a case of breakage, please reach out so we can help rectify the situation! Packages are insured by the Post Office to cover any potential breakage.

  • Please take care with your vintage winter and summer packages! With extreme cold/hot shipping temperatures we suggest you let your package sit indoors for at least 24-hours prior to opening. This lets your vintage goods acclimate to new temperatures and prevents them from going into shock during unboxing. Receiving your items is an exciting time, and we thank you in advance for your care and patience!
